About Arkade Developers
Arkade Developers Limited, one of Mumbai’s top real estate firms, initially focused solely on building projects. However, today it is developing several gated communities, including Arkade Nest, Arkade Prime, Arkade Crown, Arkade Aspire, and Arkade Aura. Furthermore, the company has completed 27 projects totaling over four million sq ft, serving more than 4,000 customers. Currently, Arkade is working on five ongoing projects and two upcoming ones, covering around two million sq ft. Thanks to its strong brand recognition and customer-centric approach, Arkade has gained significant popularity across Maharashtra.
In addition, Arkade’s business is divided into two key segments: the development of new residential buildings and the redevelopment of existing ones. Notably, between 2017 and Q1 2024, it launched 1,220 residential units and sold 1,045 across various markets in Maharashtra. By June 30, 2024, the company had developed 2.20 million sq ft of residential properties. Over the last two decades, Arkade successfully completed 28 projects, including 11 on a standalone basis, 2 through partnership firms, 8 via the promoter’s proprietorship, and 9 through joint development agreements, amounting to a total built-up area of more than 4.5 million sq ft. Moreover, as of June 30, 2024, Arkade employed 201 permanent workers alongside 850 contract employees.
